Patrick Ayoyi Ajunga a feather of Three whose video has gone viral having sex with a minor who happens to be his niece.
The doctor’s report states that the 42-year-old man has deliberately infected his 14-year-old niece with HIV and AIDS. His wife died last year in April after a long period of HIV victim.
