Spotify releases its list of top 10 monthly listeners on its App. The list holds Hip Hop artists in South Africa and how many listeners they have for the month.
Cassper Nyovest who has started a career in Amapiano still holds quite a shocking number on the list, making him number two after Nasty C. AKA is yet to fully regain his strength in the industry after his disappearance to maintain sanity, but the Hip Hop artist still has a few committed followers in the industry.
Nasty’s last delivery in the industry was on his track titled Jack, which was released middle of 2021 but yet the rapper still holds the highest disciples in the Hip Hop industry.
The list also holds a few questions of why their King of Street, Focalistic, is off the numbers and how A-Reece has managed to get below standard recently. The list has also made fans call out their favorites to step up their game this year.
See the top 10 list below:
1. Nasty C (620K)
2. Cassper Nyovest (312K)
3. Bkxckie (224K)
4. Big Zulu (207K)

6. A-Reece (87K)
