The group of talented male and female vocalists Umlazi Gospel Choir serves this weekend tune “Babusisiwe”. Its been a while or hit reception from this group.
The Umlazi Gospel Choir is a team of highly professional and talented vocalists, as founded by Mr. S I Ncanana, and is being primarily sponsored by the Thenjwayo Funeral Home, recording songs under the Thenjwayo Records as well.
The major goal is to make gospel music interactive and fan-friendly and they have perfectly executed this in past numbers like the 2018 hit “Baba Wethu”, “Zimangele” and “Ujes’uvumile” featuring Andile Mbili.
The album “Nikela” which was also launched in 2018, housed some of their major hits to date including “Baba Ngifihle”, “Ilanga”, “Ngiswele Imilommo”, “Siyabonga Baba”, and “Haleluyah Amen”.
To date, they are one of SA’s most renowned and recognized gathering of professional gospel singers. “Babusisiwe” is another way of showing the individual and collective creativity of the group.
